In March and April 2022, price growth of new apartments in Prague slowed down. Compared to the previous period, buyers paid 1.4% more, the average price of a square metre was CZK 151,200. The highest price growth was recorded in Prague 3, by 7.4% to CZK 173,800 per square metre. Prices fell in 5 out of 10 districts of Prague, the most in Prague 7 (by 5.5%). Despite this, Prague 7 is the most expensive district with CZK 204,500 per square metre. On the other hand, new flats are the cheapest in Prague 10, with an average price of CZK 137,500 per square metre.
