May and June are the third strongest months in terms of new supply in the long term. At the same time, however, they are among the below-average in terms of price parameters - fifth out of six two-month periods. Compared to the supply of new flats in March and April 2022, the price of flat space increased by 2% to CZK 149,509 per sqm (March-April: CZK 146,509 per sqm).
