Sales prices of apartments in Prague and regional cities continued to grow by 4.1% to 48,100 CZK/m2 during the last quarter of 2016. The prices grew in all regions except for the Hradec Králové and Moravian-Silesian regions, the biggest growth being recorded in the Liberec region (of 14.8%). Acquiring an apartment in the Ústí nad Labem region is the cheapest– on average 11,100 CZK/m2 relative to 62,200 CZK/m2 for an apartment in Prague where it is traditionally the most expensive.
