In the second quarter of 2017 the average selling prices of apartments in the Czech Republic grew by 2.7% to 49,800 CZK/m2. The prices grew in all regions except for the Ústí nad Labem region, which recorded a minor decrease of 1% to 11,800 CZK/m2. The biggest growth was in the Olomouc region (of 6.4%).
