Sales prices of apartments in Prague and regional cities continued to grow during the fourth quarter of 2017, this quarter by 4.1% to 53,700 CZK/m2. In total, more than 7,200 apartments worth CZK 24.2 billion were sold in development projects, brick houses and high-rise blocks, which is more compared to the previous quarter. As usual, apartments were the most expensive in Prague (an increase to CZK 70,800 per m2) and the cheapest in Ústí nad Labem, where they were sold for the average price of CZK 13,800 per m2.
