Sales prices of apartments in Prague and regional cities continued to grow by 4.5% to 56,200 CZK/m2 during the first quarter of 2018. The biggest growth was recorded in the Moravian-Silesian region (of 22.6 %). The biggest drop was recorded in the Olomouc region (of 4,5 %). Acquiring an apartment in the Ústí nad Labem region is the cheapest– on average 14,700 CZK/m2 relative to 76,500 CZK/m2 for an apartment in Prague where it stays the most expensive.
