May and June saw the greatest number of apartments put on the market in this period since 2014. New projects in the pre-holiday months offer up 1,449 new apartments, of which 90%, i.e. 1,305 apartments, were put on the market by companies. In total, units of almost CZK 7.9 billion were put on the market in May and June. Compared to the two preceding month, the surface area price of an average new apartment did not exceed CZK 100 thousand per square meter and amounted to CZK 97,422 per square meter. The major part of new offer were the new stages of developer projects of the already large projects in offer.
