The rise in average selling prices for flats in the Czech Republic stops in third quarter of 2019. An average price per m2 of CZK 60,700 was the same as previous guarter. Growth of average prices was recorded in 11 regions and decrease of average prices was recorded in 3 regions. Growth was recorded primarily in the Zlínský region (+17.0%) and Karlovy Vary region (+9.0%). Prices on the other hand dropped in the Pardubický (-4.7%), Jihomoravský (-3.7%) and Jihočeský (-2.5%) regions. All together over 6,287 flats were sold in the Czech Republic for CZK 23.0 billion.
