  • A new payment method, “m-payment”, was added to the application. Using this payment method, you can now make payments for the generated reports comfortably using your mobile phone.

  • An overall update of the sales prices for Q2/2015 was carried out.
  • We have added new locations for you. The application now allows you to search housing stock data and transaction prices in the following towns:
    • Jihlava;
    • Karlovy Vary; and
    • Zlín.
  • The price map won a place in the prestigious Czech Internet competition “Křišťálová Lupa 2015” – We placed second in the “Data Driven Project” category.

October 2015

  • The data of transactions and selling prices for the second quarter of 2015, ie 1 July 2015, are currently being updated.
  • We added two entirely new sections to the cover page of Price Maps:
    • News and information of the residential market – in this section, we will regularly inform you on the developments on the residential market and we will bring various analyses created using the Price Map of selling prices.
    • Wrote about us – this section is intended for the publication of articles from media that relate to the www.cenovamapa.org application.
  • We have prepared an Analysis of the development market for the capital city of Prague for July – August 2015 for registered users from among professionals and financial institutions which introduces news, status quo information, changes, sale, offers and proposed fees in development projects.

September 2015

  • We prepared a complete list of buildings and apartments (passport) for regional towns: Karlovy Vary, Zlín and Jihlava.
  • We started to monitor certificates of energy requirements of buildings (PENB) for development projects.
  • We created tens of new project cards that you will find in the "Projects" bookmark. Project cards are information sheets on realized and currently sold development projects.

  • For registered Professionals and Financial Institutions, we added a Master Plan of Prague to "Map" section.
  • We added the buttom which allows you to go directly to Cadastre of Real Estate.

  • Upon completion of the KB Akademie 2015 seminar, we created a new user profile called "Investor" designed for investors in real estate.
  • For registered Professionals and Financial Institutions, we prepared an Analysis of the Real Estate Development Market in Prague for March-April 2015 that reviews the news, status, changes, sales, offers, and offer prices in regards to the real estate development projects.

May 2015

  • An English version of the application was launched.
  • We launched a new "Projects" section focused on the offers and transaction prices within development projects.
  • We added an overview of currently offered development projects. Now you can easily search and compare projects in selected locations.
  • We created Project Cards containing detailed information on the project characteristics for projects that are currently in progress and offered on the market.
  • For registered Professionals and Financial Institutions, we created a "Market Updates" tab summarizing all significant events happening on the real estate market.
  • For registered Professionals and Financial Institutions, we prepared an Analysis of the Real Estate Development Market in Prague for January-February 2015 that reviews the news, status, changes, sales, offers, and offer prices in regard to the real estate development projects.

  • There was an update to transaction prices for the fourth quarter 2014.
  • We added 9 709 new transaction prices from deals registered by cadastral offices in the period of 10/1/2014 to 1/1/2015.
  • We added 2 new locations: districts Prague-East and Prague-West.
  • The Transaction Price Map is used by front real estate development companies, real estate agencies and industry professionals..

March 2015


  • We added the option of password recovery – in the "Login" section, you can renew your password in case of forgetting it by clicking on the link: Forgot password or blocked account?
  • We changed the section „My Account – Generated Reports" for all users from general public – newly, all requested reports will be saved in the application and you will be able to return to them at any time.
  • We corrected the view of symbols when zooming in the map. Selected location will be displayed in correct zoom with symbols included (triangle – family house, square – apartment building, circle/pin – development project).
  • We edited the tabs “About” and “My Account” and in the upper part of the screen. Individual tabs are now organized in a scroll menu.
  • We added interactivity into reports – by clicking on some of the transactions in graphs included in the reports, it is possible to get straight to the buildings in the map where the actual transaction was realized.
  • We are preparing a quarterly update of transaction prices.Updated data will be release in April 2015.

  • We are updating the transaction prices for the third quarter of 2014. There is 9,500 new prices from transactions registered by the cadastral offices in the period from 7/1/2014 to 9/30/2014.
  • We are presenting a new design of the application.
  • We are preparing access for the general public.
  • We are closing contracts with key real estate agencies.

November 2014


  • We are finishing up the second update to the transaction prices for the second quarter of 2014.
  • We are extending the database by another 8,500 new prices from transactions registered by the cadastral office in the period from 4/1/2014 to 6/30/2014.

September 2014


  • The Transaction price Map has 50 users from the general public. The reports from the application are used for the preparation of new projects by significant development companies like Metrostav, YIT, VCES, and others.
  • The Transaction Price Map gets tested by the biggest Czech bank institutions.

July 2014


  • The application is accessible for professionals.
  • We finished the first update of transaction prices for the first quarter of 2014. We extended the database by 10,500 new prices from transaction registered by cadastral offices in the period of 12/1/2013 to 3/31/2014.

June 2014


  • We closed the first contract with a financial institution.
  • We finished the passportization of the housing fund. Newly, older dwellings are sorted by type into the following categories: older brick buildings, older prefab (panel) buildings, and older houses in city centers. We created a separate group for family houses. The Transaction Price Map includes data about approximately 1,300,000 dwellings.

  • We finalized the basic database of transaction prices including approximately 95,000 real transaction prices of new apartment projects in the period of 1994 to 2013.
