In November and December, 703 apartments and 23 residential projects were added to the Prague residential market. On a year-on-year basis, the total offer of free new apartments in Prague increased by more than 35%. Altogether, at the end of 2018, 4,775 apartments in new constructions were offered at an average price of CZK 98,500 per square meter and 1,339 apartments in refurbished apartment buildings at an average offer price of CZK 133,000 per square meter. Prague 1 remains the most expensive city borough with the average offer price of CZK 189,800 per square meter (-3.44%). By contrast, in the reference period, the cheapest apartments can be purchased in Prague 10 for CZK 91,700 per square meter (-0.2%).
