The growth of the offer price of new apartments in Prague has slowed down. In September and October 2022, the average price per square metre rose by 0.5% to CZK 156,600. The price rose the most in Prague 8, by 2.7% to CZK 150,400 per sqm. On the other hand, the most significant decrease was recorded in Prague 7, where the price per square metre of a new apartment decreased by 5.1% to CZK 193,700. With a price of CZK 322,300 per sqm, Prague 1 remains the most expensive city district, while the cheapest new apartments are available in Prague 9, at an average price of CZK 136,200 per sqm.
