Sales prices of apartments in Prague and regional cities continued to grow by 0,7 % to 57,200 CZK/m2 during the last quarter of 2018. The biggest growth was recorded in the Hradec Králové region (of 13.9 %). The biggest drop was recorded in the Central Bohemian region (of 0.2 %). Acquiring an apartment in the Ústí nad Labem region is the cheapest – on average 16,300 CZK/m2 relative to 77,400 CZK/m2 for an apartment in Prague where it stays the most expensive.
