Sales prices of apartments in Prague and regional cities continued to grow by 1,3 % to 57,900 CZK/m2 during the first quarter of 2019. The biggest growth was recorded in the České Budějovice region (of 14.7 %). The biggest drop was recorded in the Zlín region (of 4.4 %). Acquiring an apartment in the Ústí nad Labem region is the cheapest – on average 16,000 CZK/m2 relative to 77,700 CZK/m2 for an apartment in Prague where it stays the most expensive.
