After the previous very modest decrease in the average price of Prague apartments, it increased again during the holiday months. The average offer price of new available apartments for sale reached CZK 117,200 per square meter, an increase of 1.4%. The most expensive apartments can still be found in Prague 1 (CZK 206,400 per square meter), the second most expensive district was Prague 2 (CZK 150,600 per square meter) and the third was Prague 6 (CZK 127,000 per square meter). On the other hand, the cheapest apartments remained in Prague 9 (CZK 103,500 per square meter). The largest percentage increase, compared to the previous two months, was recorded in Prague 2 where the price of apartments rose by 4.9%. The only places to have a slight decrease in prices were Prague 5 (-0.9%) and Prague 7 (-0.2%).
